The Bartlett Community Forum membership is open to all without regard to political party affiliation. Management is by a board of directors which meets separately and plans club activities. The annual dinner and membership meeting is when directors and officers are chosen. Weekly luncheons focus on interesting and sometimes controversial topics presented by knowledgeable speakers and panels. Presenters include candidates for office, pros and cons on propositions, and local, state, national, and international issues.
