Jewel Jones has been a member of the Bartlett Community Forum for three years and a Board member for two currently serving as Treasurer.  Ms. Jones was public health Director for the Municipality of Anchorage working at the Department for 32 years serving under five Mayors.  She was a committee member that organized the successful BCF Inaugural Gala-Fundraiser Auction on September 6, 2024 featuring guest speaker Representative Mary Peltola.
